Jenny S. Horn

President

Jenny Savariego Horn is the visionary behind Horn Properties. In 2007, Jenny identified the  need to provide management and disposition services to banks and financial institutions in order to  help them stabilize, manage and dispose their Real Estate Owned (REO’s).  During the 2007-2008 Financial Crisis Jenny led Horn Properties as they assisted banks, financial institutions and Fannie Mae as a listing broker with the management and eventual sale of various office buildings, multi-family buildings and single family properties.  Jenny successfully led teams as they navigated unique property challenges with her  background in accounting, personnel management, property management and commercial/residential brokerage.

Jenny began her career in  in 1993  in Asset Management  with Delta Brands, Inc. a manufacturer/supplier for domestic and international steel service centers located in Dallas, TX.  Later in 1996 she transitioned to Real Estate when she joined Horn Capital Realty, Inc. as part of their accounting and property management division.  Jenny’s greatest strengths are her ability to quickly bring solutions to her clients  and her unique ability to communicate effectively with tenants, buyers & sellers providing the highest level of customer service. Jenny is an integral part of Horn Properties and its mission.

Jonathan S. Horn

Managing Director

Jonathan S. Horn, Managing Director is a 30 year veteran in the commercial real estate sector. Jonathan began his career in the late 80’s immediately after his graduation from at the University of Texas at Austin. Since that time he has completed over a billion dollars in sales, leasing, management, sale-leaseback financing, net-leased sales, debt and equity placements and investments. Jonathan works with high net-worth individuals and institutions across the U.S. 

Jonathan began his real estate career in Houston, Texas at Duddlesten Management/Realty Advisors where he worked with sellers of residential apartments and condos, office, retail and industrial projects.  In 1994, Horn moved to Dallas, Texas and joined Henry S. Miller Commercial. He quickly rose to Vice President of the Retail Division and the firm’s top producer. In 1995 he formed Horn Capital Realty (“HCR”). Upon his relocation to South Florida in 2000, HCR continued to operate with clients nationwide and began to identify local market gaps which led to the inception of Horn Properties.
